What if I don't know which carrier i’m with?
Go ahead and click the CARRIER HELP tab which will have some names and logos that may jog your memory. If that doesn't work for you head over to our FIND AN AGENT
What happens if I miss a payment?
If you missed a payment or know you will miss a payment in the future, the carrier gives you 30 DAYS to catch up on your payment. After those 30 days there is are options to either catch up or restart your policy.
I need to cancel my old policy?
If you need help canceling a old policy or your current policy, head towards our CONTACT US page. Once you fill out the form our team will reach out to provide assistance. Please let us know in the comments exactly what your having trouble with.
What if I haven't received my Policy Packet?
If you haven't received the policy packet yet don't worry! This is very common since millions are sent out a day. It takes anywhere from 10-14 BUSINESS days for them to ship it AFTER your policy's first payment COMPLETELY processes in the carriers system. If you need another copy, please reach out to the agent who helped you get partnered.
How do I change information on my policy
If you need help changing anything from Payment Method, Beneficiary, Draft Date, or just want to double check. Click on the CARRIER HELP tab at the top, find your carrier, and either login or register your account to view your policy.
How do I make a Death Claim?
We are sorry for your loss and deeply wish you the best. To get help receiving the Claim from the carrier, it would be the easier to give them a call or login to their website. But if you aren't sure what carrier the Insured was partnered with try connecting with one of the agents to better point you in the right direction on the FIND AN AGENT tab.
